SATURDAY: 9:30AM
SUNDAY: 9AM
Our high-intensity fitness training program aims to combine elements from various exercise disciplines, including weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardiovascular training.
Each 50-minute Workout Of the Day (WOD) consists of a warmup, a progressive strength component, and followed by a metabolic conditioning workout. We use a mixture of equipment and modalities in each session, with variation in length and intensity to help you achieve and surpass your fitness goals.
Our classes are designed for universal scalability, meaning whether you’re new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, our workouts are scalable to each person’s experience and varying level of fitness.
