  • No long-term commitment required but if you’re serious about getting results and if you can train 2–3 times a week (which we recommend), a membership is the smartest move. Just looking to test the waters? We welcome drop-ins at most sessions.

  • Absolutely. Whether you're new, returning, or working around an injury, our coaches can offer modifications and support. Arrive 5-10 minutes before class. andl let your coach know — we’ll get you moving right and set you up for success.

  • Plans change — we get it. You can cancel or reschedule up to 1 hour before the class without penalty.

    If you cancel within 1 hour of class or no show, then a $5 will be charged to your account.

  • We have one unisex accessible bathroom equipped with a shower.

  • If you were training pre-pregnancy, chances are you can keep going but we strongly recommend consulting your doctor first.

    Let your coach know you're expecting, and we’ll make sure your session is adapted to suit. Some high-impact classes may not be suitable, so we'll help you train safe and smart.

  • We require 30 days’ written notice to process a cancellation. Please note that any membership fees already processed are non-refundable. To cancel, send your notice via email at doxbogym@gmail.com
